Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the decision to close the cafeteria due to low staff usage.

Firstly, the ambiance, the menu’s lack of variety, and the business’s odd hours affect the usage of the cafeteria. The current menu is limited, due to which employees have to look for other places to eat outside. Furthermore, different schedules of employees compared to the timings of the cafeteria make it less convenient and accessible.

The workers could suffer in a number of ways if the cafeteria is closed. First of all, because they will have to spend more time looking for appropriate meals outside the office, workers may experience lower productivity. In addition, a decrease in team cohesiveness and employee morale could arise from the absence of a suitable place.

In order to tackle these problems, I would like to put forward a few recommendations that will improve the cafeteria’s appeal and boost employee usage. The menu can be expanded by accommodating a range of dietary requirements. Secondly, ensure that the hours of operation are in line with most employees’ schedules.

It is my belief that the implementation of these changes will enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work environment in addition to increasing cafeteria usage.

I am grateful for your consideration of this issue.

Yours sincerely,
Johny Mathews
