Sample Answer:

Dear Ethan,

I hope this letter finds you in best of your health and spirits. Thinking of having your kids stay with me for the next weekend excites me so much.

I would like you to drop them on Friday night at around 9 o’clock as I would be done with my professional commitments and be free to care for the kids effectively. However, let me know if this time is not suitable for you, and we can modify as necessary.

I have a variety of activities planned for them to keep them occupied and happy throughout their visit. We can go to the library on Saturday morning to read books. We’ll do some arts and crafts at home in the afternoon as a creative session. We would wrap up the weekend with a leisurely movie day on Sunday with snacks.

I want to reassure you that during their stay, their safety and wellbeing will come first. Please notify me ahead of time if there are any special preferences or considerations I should be aware of.

Hope to see you soon.

Warm regards,
Mary
