The rendered bar graph demonstrates the information about the usage of internet divided into various age categories from the year 1998 to 2000.

In an overview, during the given period, people of the age group 16 to 30 and 31 to 50 consumed the most percentage of data, while people aged 50 years of age and older and those under 15 used the internet the least.

To begin with, 53% of Taiwan’s internet users were between the ages of 16 and 30 in 1998. Meanwhile, 41% of those between the ages of 31 and 50 used the internet during the course of the same three years. Furthermore, a lower proportion of internet usage, recorded to be 2% was noted among the under-15 age group, compared to the 50+ age group, constituted to be 4%.

Moving further, in 1999 and 2000, internet usage among those aged 16 to 30 accounted for 45% and 44% of total usage, respectively. Furthermore, the age range of 31 to 50 accounted for 39% and 37% usage of data in 1999 and 2000 correspondingly. Interestingly, people under 15 and people aged 50 years or older had the same percentage of data usage, amounted to be 8% in 1999 and 2000.
