The vertical bar graph compares the count of visitors to three museums namely National Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum and British Museum in London from 2007 to 2012.

Overall, it is clear that although the Victoria and Albert Museum appeared to have more visitors in 2007, the National Museum overtook it as the most popular museum in 2012.

To begin with, 12.5, 14 and 6 million visitors enjoyed the British, Victoria and Albert and National Gallery museums consequently in 2007. The next year, the number of visitors to the Victoria and Albert Museum was virtually same, while the number of admirers of the British Museum fell dramatically. Conversely, the number of persons who continued to favour visiting the National Museum increased with time.

Moving further, the highest number of people which constituted to approximately 11.5 million visited the National Gallery in 2010 and other two museums attracted 6-7 million fans. Interestingly, the National Gallery kept growing every year, until in 2012, with almost 17 million visitors and it surpassed all other museums in terms of attendance.
