The provided tabular chart depicts the information about the sleeping habits of a scholar, lorry-driver, stay-at-home mother, corporate leader and medical professional.

Overall, it is evident that students indulge in regular napping. Whereas, full-time mothers generally sleep for more hours as compared to doctors who do not get enough hours of sleep.

To begin with, doctors doze off for only 5 hours per day, from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a brief one-hour awakening usually between 3:00 and 4:00. In case of truck drivers, naps of total 5 hours are recorded throughout the day, considering the responsibilities of their job and travel itinerary.

Getting into more details, full-time mothers have irregular sleep patterns and sleep for roughly 8 hours every day due to their household duties. Interestingly, students sleep an average of 8 hours per day, which can be considered as a healthy sleeping habit beginning at 11:00 p.m. and ending at 7:00 a.m. Lastly, business executives have a preference to sleep at the same time as students, however they wake up between 4 to 5 am which gives them a total of 6 hours of sleep.
